  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Free shipping in Israel on orders over ₪300.
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $100.




Customs, Duties, and Taxes



  • Customers outside Israel are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
  • BORTA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
